Absolute shambles Evan the doctors send you to other chemist
Absolutely the worst service I have experienced.
Prescription rarely ready when it should be, despite having been sent electronically from the docs next door 3 days before. Staff are often surly, and jobsworths. They don't care that sick people are being inconvenienced.
This Pharmacy is a joke. Been going there well over a year but I don't know why. Every month I collect my repeat prescritpion and when I go in to collect I am told to wait it's being checked. Half an hour later I am still waiting, this happens to me every time.My recent visit I was waiting around 40 minutes then I had to ask where my prescription had to got to even though I was told it would be about 10 minutes. When they had checked it they had then told me they were out of that drug and were unable to do anything apart from a refund. I had to go to boots after waiting all that time. Never returning to that place will be changing pharmacist. Do not recommend.
Its main strength is being next door to Millwood Drs Surgery, very convenient in that way. They are busy and vibrant, helpful and professional. Have lots of customers, which means they have good stock levels. Not much choice in front of the counter, but there is the main co-op store for those sorts of things.
